The anamorphic light installation for Konto Bariéry, a charitable foundation supporting people with disabilities, translates its distinctive logo from a flat graphic sign into real space. The smiling face with its red clown nose is created from illuminated light bulbs positioned at different distances and heights. The installation was created as part of a television spot for a Czech Television benefit evening. People with different types of disabilities collectively assemble the individual elements of the anamorphosis and then illuminate it. The camera’s movement towards the correct viewpoint thus becomes part of the work itself, revealing before the viewer the transformation of scattered points of light into the Konto Bariéry logo.
